Demonstrating a lifelong commitment to learning, Joseph also completed continuing education and certification through the Ohio Supreme Court to conduct Mayor's Court.
Joseph's public service record is impressive, highlighting his dedication to the betterment of Summit County and the City of Macedonia, Ohio. He served as the Mayor of Macedonia from 1988 to 2001 and then again from December 2015 to July 2018, holding the position of Safety Director. His leadership extended to serving as a Director, where he played a pivotal role in driving development.
Joseph made significant contributions through various councils and boards, demonstrating his ability to foster collaboration between communities for mutual benefit.
