These experiences have instilled in them a profound empathy and understanding of the need for compassionate transition services.

Jaime's background is in teaching and real estate, where she developed strong interpersonal skills and a deep understanding of people's needs across all age groups. Her experience in real estate, particularly with the 55+ community, highlighted the lack of support and patience seniors often face. Driven by a passion for building meaningful relationships, Jaime realized she could make a significant impact by combining her skills to serve the senior community better. John, with over a decade of experience in the insurance industry managing a customer service team, is well-versed in multi-tasking and running multiple projects simultaneously.
