Morgan, and Landon Edmond, Chief Legal Officer of Klaviyo, to join Blockchain.com's deeply experienced Board, effective today. With the addition of Flynn and Edmond, the Board has now expanded to nine members.

Flynn brings over 45 years of expertise in corporate governance, risk management, financial services, accounting and financial reporting. Flynn currently serves as a director and Audit Committee Chair for Walmart and Cargill and Director and Compensation Committee chair for UnitedHealth Group. From 2012 to 2024 Flynn served as a Director for J.P. Morgan (JPM). During his tenure at JPM he served as Audit Committee Chair and Non Executive Chairman of J.P. Morgan Securities, LLC. in the UK.

During his 32 year career at KPMG LLP, Flynn held various leadership roles Globally and in the US, including among others, Global Chairman, Chairman and CEO, of KPMG's US member firm, and Global and US Chairman and CEO of Audit and Risk Advisory Services.

Edmond is an experienced, business-oriented General Counsel with a demonstrated history in the cloud and computer software industry. He is a strong legal professional skilled in global licensing, legal compliance, and competition law, leveraging his expertise to drive strategic and operational success in complex, high-growth environments. 

Edmond has served as Chief Legal Officer and General Counsel at Klaviyo since December 2020. Before joining Klaviyo, he held leadership roles at SAP SE, a global enterprise software company, from May 2012 to December 2020, including as Senior Vice President and General Counsel. Since October 2020, he has also served on the advisory board of the Santa Clara University School of Law.
